Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

VISITATION

Visitation is limited to once a week, half hour time slot. Your half hour slot begins from the time you booked.

The designated area for visitation is the 1st Floor Great Room, or outside in the garden (weather permitting). Visitors will not be allowed in any other areas.

All visitors are requested to present a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours or proof of vaccination.

Please remember to wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing. No embracing is allowed unless resident has been vaccinated.

If special accommodations are needed for you or your loved one to enter the building, please let our staff know in advance.

STATISTICS

We have submitted, and will continue to submit, detailed information to the DOH in accordance with its reporting requirements and encourages all of its Resident’s family members to reach out to our social work staff to facilitate calls and/or virtual visits with their loves ones to provide their support during this critical time.

For 3/9/2021 we currently have 0 NEW in-house staff and / or residents who have tested positive for COVID-19.

For 3/9/2021 we have 0 residents and 0 staff members with active COVID-19 positive case/s in our facility

For the period 5/8/2020 through 3/9/2021 we have had 0 in-house Resident(s) or Staff who have tested positive for COVID-19.

For the period 3/2/2021 through 3/9/2021 we have 0 in-house Resident(s) or Staff who are suspected for having COVID-19.
